Founder Partners

The Good Business Charter has a number of partners with whom we work.  We are closely connected to the CBI and the TUC who have trustee representation on our Board and we have worked very closely with FSB to develop our streamlined version.

Partners on a Specific Component

We partner with specific organisations for particular components such as the Living Wage Foundation, Fair Tax Mark, the Ethical Trading Initiative, the Prompt Payment Code and Zero Hours Justice.

Our Real Living Wage component

Our Pay Fair Tax component

Our Ethical Sourcing component

Fellow Responsible Business Partners

We also want to recognise a number of other organisations that are operating in the field of responsible business behaviour and are recognising different types of sectors or accreditation.

We are an official Fairwork Supporter.  Fairwork is committed to highlighting best and worst practices in the platform economy.  They publish ratings on how online platforms and gig economies treat their employees, based on five principles: Fair Pay, Fair Conditions, Fair Contracts, Fair Management and Fair Representation.

We are a member of the Tortoise Media net zero coalition. In the run up to COP26 in Glasgow in November 2021, we participated in their programme of ThinkIns and journalism devoted to accelerating net zero.

In April 2022, we partnered with In Good Company – a dedicated platform to show consumers where to find the best ethical and for-good local businesses and experiences.
